The County of LaSalle has been allocated several farm to market and state highway projects out of the 2013 legislative session.

The projects were ranked and scored by the Texas Dept of Transportation.  The final project on FM469 will be let out for bid if sufficient funding is available.  County Judge Joel Rodriguez and Commissioner Rene Benavidez testified at the Austin hearings requesting funding for the rapidly deteriorating roadways.

La Salle County was allocated more funds than any other county in the Laredo district.
